The school documents the student's educational accomplishments in a portfolio of achievements. The portfolio should include: 

IBO Documents

• Student Information Sheet
• Introduction to the Middle Year Program
• Portfolio of Achievements : User Guide
• Portfolio of Achievements : Guide to the Students

School Documents

• Official Transcript of Results
• Record of Community Service
• Description of School Specific Programs (where appropriate)
• Special Project Related to AOI (where appropriate)

Student Documents

• Student's statement of achievements and experiences
• Statement on the personal project
• Letter of recommendation (where appropriate)
• Record of participation in extra curriculum activities (where appropriate)
• Curriculum Vitae of the student (where appropriate)
• Special awards (where appropriate)

Or any other document deemed relevant by the school or by the student.
